Thank you thank you thank you Colleen! I thought it was a software problem but came on this site, read all the info and came across Colleen's remedy! Sure enough, the arm was very loose so tightened it, cleaned all the filters, tipped the whole thing forward (you will need to put down old towels for this, small price to pay!) Put it on a fast n dry and away it went! Hubby just been paid off so couldn't really afford to pay someone to fix it but hey! Sorted! One happy bunny here!
