When this happens on our cooker this is what I do...
Switch the power off and back on again so that the clock flashes and then set the time.
Depress and hold in buttons 1& 2 on the left - maybe it's 2&3 but no matter... then use plus and minus on the right to set the time - any time will do - the cooker knows no better.
This works for me and it also worked on our previous cooker so it might work for you too.
