Radiator problems?

Hi all, i have a valliant combi boiler no mod number
the central heating system running my radiators, the water is hot at the top of the Rads but cold at the bottom.

any advice?

most times due to sludge build in system. how old is system ? how longs it been like it ? is the pressure gauge reading ok ?
