I have a Neff U1422 oven and after cleaning it all looked fine but when I switch it on the interior light comes on but turn switch to start oven and it trips the breaker unit and all sockets don't work. What can be causing this to happen? The top oven works fine.

Possibly a defective element in the bottom oven - purely a guess. An earth leakage issue. Maybe the oven light - doubtful - or the regulator perhaps.
