When plugged in, all panel lights flash. The start button does not work, (and so wash cycle cannot start) and neither does the on/off button. The lights will only go off when I unplug the machine.
The machine has been stored, and unused for nearly a year - could this be a reason? It was working perfectly before. Thanks

Bee, this is the main circuit board failure. We stock it at www.emwelec.co.uk - just put WF101 in the search box on our website. Make sure that if you do order it, you order the main mk4 module and not the display. Our modules come ready programmed for your model number - this is important otherwise the module would not work. You will still have the option of returning the module within 14 days for a refund (less our handling of £12) if it does not sort out the problem. Tony EMW Electronics
