I have a Peugeot speedfight 2 2005 model liquid cooled 50cc I have tried everything to fix this scooter but no luck it sound like it wants to start up but doesn't put brand new carb on it got the e.c.u beside the battery changed to performance one.it has compression of 112 psi from piston. I tried everything any suggestions
