replacing the diaphragm on my techumseh engine fitted to my jcb rotovator ?

how easy is it to replace the diaphragm on my techumseh prisma37 3.5hp 4 stroke engine fitted to my jcb-c35 rotovator. Engine starts but will not run.

any help would be appreciated

It's not a diaphragm carb. Remove the car from the engine (easiest to remove the entire manifold assy.) Unscrew the bowl nut. Depending on date of manufacture the jet will either be in the nut, or in the carb. body. Either way ensure it is completely clear from blockage. Odds are its partially blocked.
