replacing the diaphragm on my techumseh engine fitted to my jcb rotovator ?

any help would be appreciated

It's not a diaphragm carb. Remove the car from the engine (easiest to remove the entire manifold assy.) Unscrew the bowl nut. Depending on date of manufacture the jet will either be in the nut, or in the carb. body. Either way ensure it is completely clear from blockage. Odds are its partially blocked.
