How can I rewire my twintub from switch to motor

First you obtain a circuit diagram / circuit schematic.

Then wires of the correct gauge - it helps for them to be various colours (colors) but it's not essential - all the same will do.

Then hand-tools and connectors.

Get the machine on a work bench and off you go - wire - wire - wire.
