I was very kindly given a pro active cardio trainer treadmill, I therefore have no instructions.....while cleaning I have moved it and locked it in the folded up position..where is the release to unfold it so I can start training and again???
from a photo that i can see on line of it, there is a cross bar that runs across the two handles. its a flat long bar with the name on it, you move that bar to unlock it,
