How can I mend my whirlpool tumble dryer?

How can I fix my whirlpool front loadable tumble dryer (model No. LER6848AWO). It gets extremely hot. So much that it damages my clothes from the heat. Please help.

to hot means thermostat not switching on an off at correct temp,suggest replace all three units as they all work together
