hi, I would like to know if the the 9600 alarm speaker output is fused or not. the reason I ask is it the speaker is right behind the back door at so very reachable. don't get me wrong it gives you a right earful on entry and the sound distributes well around the house.

But what if someone wasn't afraid of it and just cut the cable to the speaker possibly killing the whole system:(.Bear in mind I have got 2 bells back and front which are very loud and will hopefully drive the bad guys away before they get in.
But in worst case if that ever happened would cutting the speaker cable trip the fuse or poly in the system or destroy the system?.

I know the aux is fused but unsure about other power outputs on the system I read somewhere that these older systems are not fused.

Any expert advice would be deeply appreciated thanks.

So is it fused? or do i need to fit a 12v inline fuse across the speaker wire? thanks
