Gl1100 carbs leaking fuel into cylinder ?

Anyone know why fuel is leaking into one cylinder , I have replaced all floats , needles seals etc , checked float heights, was doing it before I refurbished carbs

must still be something keeping the float needle off its seat, use only OEM parts as anything else can leak, not sure if float valve seat was renewed? also some floats are made of some sort of composite material that soaks up fuel?! some owners spray float with a coat of polyurethene to seal it but can't vouch for that idea. carbs can be tested before refitting stand upright and look down inside carb to see if fuel comes out the jet, if it does it's flooding!
