was doing my hedges an it got caught in chain link fence the gears are working fine but the blades want move is there are some kind of pin inside to make blades move are is it out of line and what should I look for

There may well be something misplaced or broken but, as you have decided not to tell us the make and model, we can say no more, apart frmo suggesting you CAREFULLY take the thing apart and look, or do a Google search for spares for your make and model in the hope of finding a parts diagram
