my jkexer 1.0 treadmill stalls after a few seconds but has no error message. I have to power off before I can start again. when I power it on the display does not show anything but the back light will be on. it only starts to display after I press the magnet safety switch a number of times. also the touch screen does not work at all. can I still use it without the touch screen ?
