The sat nav CD DVD reader does not work and give a message saying that it can not read the CD. I have try to cleaned with a clean thin cloth and thin plastic blade. I have also use a CD DVD cleaner. I have not been able to switch the system off. The Honda dealer did look at it and said the cost to fix it will be $1,300. The only thing left to do is remove the unit and unplug it and then re-start it again. Could you please advise what else can be done
