We have a bread maker machine - a paddle rotates and it gets hot. My guess is that your machine will be very similar.
First you must determine if the paddle rotates or not.
And if it gets hot or not
And if the control panel shows any signs of life.
Obviously the electrical supply needs to be confirmed - I won't insult you by asking if you've checked that.
So it's down to you to define the problem - people here can't do that for you. Once the problem is defined only then can the solution be considered.
You would do well to do some defining...
