GBC Pinnacle 27 on/off switch does not work (machine will not go on). Any service reps in Wisconsin?

If the power switch lights, but the machine does not power on, the fix is, most likely, one, or both thermal fuse(s) located inside the heat shoes. Remove the right side cover and follow the wires. Test with meter for open. You can find a schematic online, if that helps any.

Give them a call - they sell Pinnacle Laminators so they will know who you can call on for help.

The on/off switch on your machine may indeed be broken but I would suspect an issue with the machine's power supply.

Have you checked the circuit breaker?
