Need to fix Hoover HWNL 7146-80?

Our Hoover HWNL 7146-80 washing m/c washes clothes on a normal cycle but does not heat the water. The element checks out ok with a multimeter also the thermistor seems ok. Please does anyone have any suggestions.

You next need to use the multimeter on AC voltage setting and check if power is getting supplied to the element during the wash cycle. Put one lead on an earth point on machine and use other lead to touch element wire on phase in side to see if full power is there. Be very careful to only use the tip of the probe. Keep your fingers away. If no power then either a broken wire from control panel to heater or a bad control board.
