We have a Russell Hobbs RNI101 1343H steam iron. It is about 18 months old. There are steam coming out but not enough or not as much as it usually did. I can not get the iron open or split the top and botom to check inside. After getting it open I will have to know what to check or how to check what is wrong with steam generator.
