Morphy Richards power steam elite no steam?

The reservoir is full of water but after done initial buzzing when you start it up, the "fill up" light flashes persistently to say it's empty. Please advise?

it is heating but no steam pressure. i opened it cleaned it i found the metal ( made of Zinc) steam pressure has hole on the side. can you supply a replacement and how much please?
