when I turn it to coffee filter mode the hot water leaks out all around the underside of the filter. it still filters but hot water goes everywhere

Seems like the silicone rubber seal around the filter plate is worn. A single cross head screw needs to be removed then the seal prised out with a screwdriver, a child could do it. I also had to replace the aluminium casting that the brewhead clicks into as the brewhead was too easy to turn into position.. Cost approximately £6.00 each direct from Dualit excellent service.
