Hi there. We have a Zanussi dishwasher, model ZDF14021WA. It is no longer working, and brings up error code .10. We have checked the manual and this explains that the problem is due to the machine not filling with water. We have checked the water supply and cleaned all filters, which hasn't resolved the issue. Could you help us please?

They have a water inlet solenoid - cheap to buy and easy to replace.
