Auto scenic won't start!?

I have a 2007 scenic megane automatic.Went to work in it this morning no probs,tried to leave and it wouldn't turn over.Had this car since 2009 never had a problem with it.Tried jump leads on from a mates car but still just won't kick over.

When you turn the key to start,if you are getting 12v down to the small wire on the solenoid on the starter motor then suspect the starter motor itself.
