no power too my 9427 alarm?

hi could you advice me please, there seems to be no power to my alarm, as its not lighting up or responding at all.
this is the way i found it when my tenant moved out so i have no idea whats happened thanks

sounds like they disconnected it from the mains supply and the battery back up inside the panel
