Can anyone help me my dishwasher won't take water in and it sets check water and it makes a buzzing noise and won't take in water

my Bauknecht dishwasher will not progress through its program.Water ok..electric Ok..it would appear that the program knob does not move once set.

The fault with your dishwasher is that it will not admit water - without water it can't wash the dishes.

Either the water supply to the machine has been somehow stopped or the water inlet valve is not operating.

Small chance the control electronics are not working as they should.
