HI I HAVE A SEAT TOLEDO AT 60MPH IT DRIVES PERFICT BUT OVER THAT STEERING VIBRATES TERRIBLE THE WHEELS HAVE BALANCES ON THEM IS THIS STILL THE FAULT AND ONLY DOES THIS OVER 60MPH AND INFO BE GREATFULL

Try swapping the front tires to the back and vise visa ......possably a bad tire or rim
If it was a alignment problem your car would pull
