Machine won't spin, thinks it is still is rinsing mode. What can I do?

Start by giving a better explanation of what it is doing. Give as much detail as possible. Does it drain all the water out? Does it start beeping? If it beeps, what lights are showing along the top row? (counting from left to right) What else can you say is happening?
