I have mounted a new tire on my tractor
I can`t get it to seat on the rim .....cleaned rim ect
Have put a belt around tire and tighten it till it was getting scary ....took vavle stem out and tried it that way .....
I have a 15 gallon air tank and have blown car tires up with the same problem but always got them to air up ....I also use air tools and 1/2 impact wrenches with it ......
any new ideas .............
take tyre back off rim then put a tube inside and inflate, leave it somewhere warm overnight then it should be ok

Thanks Rick I have before gave up and put tubes in them but this one was a test if you might .......before going to find a tube for it I found a tube of green slim my son had used in his bike tire so I said what the hell and tried it ...it blew up and hopefully will be OK in the morning if not I`ll go find a tube

You should be able to seat the tires with just a small ratchet strap around them, and a good heavy coating of liquid soap.
If it still refuses to seat, I put a $6 inner tube in.
