my potterton performa 24 boiler is in need of repair?

I have a potterton performa 24 boiler, i have had it for 3 years and it has worked fine but now the hot water does not heat up. The central heating works fine and if you have that on you can get some hot water out of the taps. Can some please advice me on whats the matter with it.. Thanks

My water level has gone above 3 an my heating as well as hot water has stopped working.i have trie turning the nob of on the flexi pipe with no luck.any suggestions please

it sounds like the water heat exhanger is blocked. you can remove this and clean it thoroughly and refit or you can simply buy a new heat exchanger. if the system continues to malfunction like this after refitting and using then you might need the whole system power flushed.
