Fix department numbers on my jcm gold 2250?

I did a Z reading and all my department numbers have changed and its printing weird. For example dept 1 is printing as 12, dept 2 is printing as 24, etc. When you key in a transaction, it shows correctly on the journal side. Until Z reading.
