The 'err" code indicates something basic because specific faults such as the motor or sensors should generate number codes.
1. Most likely, the door latch hasn't engaged properly. Close it more firmly a few times and see if that helps.
2. The drum is too near to the wall behind it. This can stop the drum from turning. Pull the dryer out by a few millmetres.
