Ford cargo only one air tank filling ?

Hi my 0813 ford cargo has been fine ' until today started it up' but only one air tank is filling up " the one that's not filling the pin to release the water and gunk ' is very lose ' any help would be great thanks

follow pipe from compressor towards tanks it is squarish with 4 round turrets on it.

multi circuit protection valve may have stuck valve. give it a tap with small hammer it may dislodge it!
