Rascal Super decommission?

I have a Rascal Suoer alarm which I want to disarm, have removed the battery and disconnected the main supply but the alarm still goes off, is there any advice out there ?

you have two choices get ladder out and disconnect the bell box battery or turn main power off and wait till the bell box battery runs down
