Indesit evolution 1600 we165s not working ?

Hi put on the programme hear a slight click and then it will not move on or fill with water. After a few mins the door sign came on on. The door opens and shuts fine. After 20mins 0.02 and spin sign with cross through it has came up. Any advice would be great.

The first thing to happen is that water is let in - no water in the machine means no washing. Consider that the water inlet valve is defective.
