Purchased a Performance Power saw Redeye 1200W from B&Q which sat on the shelf for a while. when I used it the switch stuck on obviously keeping the blade spinning and almost causing a bad accident. I reported it to B&Q and they said it was out of guarantee. So I opened the saw and the switch back (which was paper thin) had busted and the return spring had come out and could have shorted across the live and neutral terminals. Very dangerous so again contacted B&Q and expressed my concerns........No answer from them. Basically give us your money and clear off. Oh and when I went on the B&Q site they were selling these saws off for £15.00 what does that tell you.
