Why does all three lights on my triton millenium flash (in sequence) and then the unit stops?

There is a link pin attached to the pcb on the cover it must be moved to one of the other pair of pins according to the max temperature required 41-43-47 left to right the commissioning instructions are freely available online if you bother to look as one of the other informants that post on here says google is your friend use it
