Daf 45-150 heater always blow cold?

My Daf 45/150 heating always blows cold and can't adjust the heater control on the dash. Lever is stuck and when we took that off the cable is jammed. Is there a heater flap that this controls if so where? And how do we free it if it's jammed

Follow the cable and find the flap. If that is free then replace the cable (or at least see if you can free it and apply some WD40).
