American style Beko double door fridge freezer, what is the problem?

i have a BEKO double door American style fridge freezer, the indicator panel is flashing with -18 then E, the fridge side is also flashing 2 and 4. The RED light is also flashing all the time. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. What is the problem
