Fixing flashing lights on WF541 Hotpoint?

Where can I buy the C17 from and do I have to use a soldering iron?
Also can someone confirm that these washing machines were on sale 2006-2008 as there are arguments in the house as to how old this machine actually is! Thanks in advance

Make sure you change the heater relay as well. Or you could just buy the unit ready to go from www.emwelec.co.uk and they are ready programmed too
