E 5 on bosch maxx front loader washing machine?

My front loader will begin its wash but stop a few seconds later showing error code 5. We have checked both inlets for water, blockages, filters etc.

insufficient or no water supply,remove inlet hose and check water supply by opening valve to see if water flow enough,if not check if hose is not blocked or kink, also check filter on machine side
