My Beko DRCT70W keeps tripping?

I have a BekoDRCT70W and it keeps tripping internally. Once it's reset, it heats up but then cuts out after a few minutes. I have cleaned it out, removed all fluff and debris, but still it cuts out. Can anyone help?
