Indesit dead after water damage?

My sink overflowed and water built up under my Indesit WIL123uk. It worked for a while but would not spin. I dryed out the pcb control unit and tried again. It started to spin. Tried an hour later and the whole thing went dead. Ive taken out the pcb and looked at it. It looks like 2 of the components have blackness around them. Do you think I should risk and get the pcb fixed for £40 and try it again or buy a new machine, do you think it could be something else other than the pcb, PS I have checked the fuse+wall socket already, Many Thanks.
