Same as Adkhan,?

Same as Adkhan mines 3week old Triton Tesla 2 bar valve
(A) Right side temp control cold side. (B) Left side turns shower on off (hot side). so correct self fitted unit have covered all aspects of plumbing over several years. Have not experienced this problem.
Good head of water but shower shuts off after 5-7mins. removed hose emptied out water refitted and shower started again ok. NOT the head, NOT air and changed hose and shower head still same result.
What could it be??????

Thanks for your response Sorrry should have added. Consider good flow from both.

Picture two rooms next to one another. Shower room, bathroom with shower (on suite) over shower room in attic is cold storage tank with hot water tank on floor level in shower room airing cupboard.
The next bathroom the shower is 3 paces around 3.6mt away from both tanks. The fall of water cold is good tested without the hose on. The hot for as long as I could stand it was also good. The head of cold is around 2.856mt to the shower head level its 1.20 approx. If this is inadequate and turns off the shower why when I removed the hose it continues with no interuption? if its the head surely the shower would not work at all or just trickle out of the spray head!
have run the bar without the hose for 10mins with no interuption adjusting temp to comfortable level.

You could ask on this specialist forum:

Do you have a good flow from BOTH hot AND cold feeds? Double check. This shower has auto shutoff in the event of hot or cold supply failure.
