i am wanting to change my entry and exit time i press prog all leds light up i enter code day and tamper light up then i press prog 9999 and the alarm won't go into engineer mode.the alarm is about 5 years old.
Did YOU fit the alarm, or someone else? An alarm engineer perhaps? If it was another, bet they changed the engineer code without telling you, better get them back.
