i have lost my keys and i need to get a set of new keys, i need to know how to tkae the barrel out in order to do this. Iv got an 05 aerox 50

take off front panel look for barrel and cut off unless bolt still there

you have two choices,buy a new lock set you can get a pattern one for about £45 or take the lock off and post it to keys galore in london and they will cut a new key for it but it costs about £45 so i would say a new lock set would be the best option you get a ignition lock 2 keys,a seat lock catch,a lid lock for the panel between your feet and a fuel cap complete.call 01908 543411 ask for adam and thay will post it too you aswell its a motorcycle shop called churchill motorcycles.
