My washer is not draining the waste water it started early hrs this am when I came down it said clean filter when I opened the door the clothes in the drum where still quite wet as if it hadn't spun properly I have since that cleaned the filter, emptied all the water with the emergency drain hose but now it's not empting any of the water, can anyone help ? It's a whirlpool 9kg AWOE 9140

Yes I checked that and it was turning freely there was nothing obstructing it, I wanted to check the waste pipes at the back to see if there blocked

Perhaps there's something blocking the drain pump.

When you cleaned th efilter, did you check you could turn the pump impleller?
