hi i have had a problem with my alarm so replaced the battery in the main board as thought this may be the problem . when i try to use the keypad nothing happens it just does not respond i press the buttons as per booklet but get no tone no lights nothing its like the key pad is locked there is a light on it so there is power any help thanks
