how do i fix the heating in my Mondeo?

The heating in my 1997 Mondeo 1.8 Zetec does not work. Temperature gauge and engine cooling work fine but i only get cold air blowing inside the car, any ideas???

ford use a electric valve on most models thiscost aroun 15 quid and normally causes the fault you are getting
