My Volkera 29a boiler has stopped firin up?

For the last couple of days my central heating boiler sounds as if water is boiling and bubbling up inside it, it has now stopped working. I have tried resetting it and it fires up for a minute or so and starts to bubble again before cutting of. Has anyone any idea what might be wrong with it?

It sounded as though the water was boiling - it cuts out after a short period and needs to be reset.

The danger with all boilers is that they get too hot - pressure builds up and they explode!

To guard against the danger of exploding there's an overheat cut out that turns the boiler off if the circulating pump fails - you might consider looking to your pump.
