Loud noise on white knight 77aw condenser dryer.. not bearing?

Hi
Really need some help. We have had the bearing changed and still sounds like a tank!! Sounds to be coming from the motor area but still heats up and drys clothes.. it's just so loud it's heard through 2 closed doors. It done this shortly after its 3 year guarantee was up!!! Any ideas please. Thank you

Remove the drive belt & run the motor. If sound still there when drum not turning, could indicate bearing noise in the motor. If motor sounds quiet then put belt back on and rotate by hand. You should be able to pinpoint where any noise is coming from.

Thank you for reply. We have had that off and it does it even turning Drum by hand. Every now and then when it's been on a while it stops when going anti clockwise, but that only once in a while. Clockwise it's worse.
